Job summary

Strada Services is seeking an AC Installer to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in new construction residential homes, following manufacturer specifications, industry codes and company requirements.

You will install ductwork, HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles and fans, maintain safety and quality standards, and collaborate with other trades on site. A high school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience are required.

• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for installation work.
• Self-motivated with the drive to complete tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to own and carry hand tools and power tools.
• Good work ethic and a willingness to learn new methods.
• Adequate physical dexterity to lift 50–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install ductwork in residential new construction homes.
• Install HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans.
• Maintain quality standards on all installations.
• Uphold safety standards at all times.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Update knowledge or skills related to the job.
• Coordinate with other personnel on project details.
• Be willing to operate a company vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
