Boutique Recruiting seeks a Residential HVAC Install Manager to oversee installation projects and lead a team of installers in a fast-paced environment. You will schedule jobs, coordinate with sales and subcontractors, and ensure top quality and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience and 4–5+ years in HVAC installation, plus EPA certification and blueprint reading skills. A take‑home company truck is provided and long‑term growth is supported.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and installation plans.
• Leadership or team management experience.
• Proficiency in Word and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Salary Range

$120,000+ / Year DOE
