Job summary

Airtron Heating & Cooling HVAC is seeking a Residential HVAC Field Service Specialist to diagnose, repair, and startup residential heating and cooling systems. You will inspect ducts, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings clearly to customers and dispatch.

The role includes planning daily routes, stocking parts, and maintaining accurate service records. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, EPA certification, and 1+ year of HVAC service experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC service experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• Soldering/brazing proficiency expected.
• Basic computer literacy and use of Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC equipment to spec.
• Inspect ductwork and ensure tools and materials are safe.
• Identify, wire, commission, and start up residential systems; run tests.
• Troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, perform repairs.
• Communicate service findings to customers and dispatch.
• Schedule with office; prep parts and load vehicle for calls.
• Complete service documentation accurately; debrief calls.
