ENCON Heating & A/C is looking for an Equipment Replacement Technician to join their team in Stamford, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and replacement of HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering high-quality service to customers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in residential HVAC installation and possess strong attention to detail.

This position offers full-time hours, with work hours from 6:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday to Friday, and occasional evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential HVAC installation or related field.
• Working knowledge of forced air systems and electrical fundamentals.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace HVAC equipment in residential settings.
• Ensure installation meets manufacturer's specifications and standards.
