Qualifications

• Hands-on residential HVAC service experience and code/safety know-how.
• Fluent English communication at client sites and on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, boilers).
• Spot issues early to reduce callbacks and prevent breakdowns.
• Guide homeowners through repair vs. replace options and maintenance plans.
• Track and meet revenue and service goals.
