Job summary

Haynes Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician in Cartersville, GA. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems with modern diagnostic tools and service software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant HVAC service experience.
• Residential HVAC experience or transferable commercial HVAC experience.
• Ability to explain technical findings to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Apply HVAC experience to identify system issues and complete repairs.
• Work safely in attics and crawl spaces.
• Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to verify performance.
• Document service findings using service software and mobile tools.
• Explain repair options clearly to homeowners.
• Take ownership of service calls from diagnosis to completion.
