Qualifications

• Preferred 3+ years’ experience in Mechanical Design for residential building systems.
• Mechanical Design experience with various cooling systems, VRF systems, and ventilation.
• Experience with mid-rise multifamily buildings and mixed-use buildings.

Responsibilities

• Produce Manual J, S, and D calculations and designs using Wrightsoft.
• Design duct layouts in AutoCAD for construction documentation.
• Work with design staff and drafters to complete projects.
