Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Housekeeper in Ohio to clean residents' apartments and public areas, plus laundry duties in our commercial facility. The shift runs 7am–3:30pm with options for full or part-time employment.

You will follow established procedures and schedules to maintain high cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or related experience, prior housekeeping is preferred, and you enjoy providing excellent service with a friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to standards, processes and procedures.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas as directed.
• Make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Follow written and oral instructions on mixing cleaning compounds, disinfectants, etc.
• Relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
• Use supplies economically; report needs to supervisor for replenishment.
• Operate buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums and all commercial laundry equipment.
• Additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
