Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is hiring an Assistant Residential House Manager in Gardner, MA. The role focuses on daily care, program service delivery, and supervising direct support staff to empower individuals with disabilities.

The position offers an hourly schedule with a full-time 40-hour work week and a $19.50–$21 hourly pay scale, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include developing behavior plans, coordinating with management, maintaining records, and supporting residents

Qualifications

Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement ISP's, behavior plans and assessments to ensure individual input and program goals.
Serve as programmatic supervisor to Direct Support Professionals.
Communicate with DSPs, parents, guardians and programs as directed by Residential House Manager.
Oversee house accounts and budget as directed by the Residential House Manager.
Ensure monthly fire drills are completed per DDS regulations.
Maintain records and document daily data.
Educate and supervise self-medication programs.
Coordinate and assist with individual leisure/recreation planning.
In the absence of the Residential House Manager, perform duties of that role.
