WE CLEAN AUSTIN is a residential cleaning company serving Austin, TX and surrounding areas. We hire reliable, experienced cleaning contractors who want consistent work with no client chasing or invoicing.

You will provide standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services in client homes and receive weekly pay via direct deposit. Expect to perform walkthroughs, take before/after photos, and communicate scheduling promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience.
• Own cleaning supplies (towels/rags, all-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, glass cleaner, oven cleaner, floor cleaner).
• Own cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, broom, step stool).
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with schedules, confirmations, and photo sending capability.
• Business liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it before first job.
• Availability to accept 1–2 jobs per day.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

We handle the marketing, booking, scheduling, and customer service — you focus on what you do best: providing excellent cleanings. We’re looking to partner with reliable, experienced cleaning contractors who want consistent work without chasing down clients or invoices.

How Pay Works

We pay a flat rate per job — 50% of the total job amount, before taxes. You know exactly what a Jobs pays before you accept it. Faster, better work means you earn more per hour, not less. Payment is weekly by direct deposit.
