CENTURY 21 Scheetz in Avon, IN seeks experienced real estate agents to join our Avon office. We partner with you to manage listings, pendings and closings, and a full-time marketing department to help you grow.

This is commission-based, with full-time, part-time, or hybrid remote options, offering the systems and support to scale your business and reach the highest level.

Qualifications

• Indiana real estate broker license (active).
• Willingness to grow a team or scale your business.
• Coachable and ready to follow a system that drives growth.

Already licensed? CENTURY 21 Scheetz is looking for experienced agents to join our Avon, Indiana office. We become an extension of your business: a seasoned team to manage your listings, pendings and closings, a full-time marketing department, sales support, and the systems to grow a team and take your business to the highest level. Position Details

Full-time, part-time, hybrid remote. Commission, $75k to $250k per year. 30 to 50 hours per week, choose your own hours. Indiana real estate broker license.
