Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Forked River, NJ is seeking Real Estate Sales Associates to sell homes with a leading brand and competitive commissions. New to home sales? We train you to become licensed, productive, and profitable quickly with our award-winning program.

Your day features prospecting, showings, offers, financing guidance, and closing support, backed by leads, a full marketing suite, and dedicated admin help to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary - we train Real Estate Sales Associates from the ground up.
• Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking; schedule and run showings; present and negotiate purchase offers; guide clients through financing and inspections; and manage contracts from accepted offer through closing.
