Job summary

Total Comfort is seeking a full-time residential HVAC technician to troubleshoot, service, and repair systems with comprehensive training and professional tools. This role offers a competitive compensation package and a path for growth within the ARS family.

Annual pay ranges from $60,000 to $100,000+, with commission opportunities and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience and interview performance. AMCs include benefits and a take-home vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience required.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain) required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces and lift heavy equipment.
