Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Handyman located in Carlsbad, CA. The Residential Handyman will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks at residential properties, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Additional tasks may include troubleshooting and fixing issues reported by tenants, performing regular property inspections, and ensuring that properties are in good condition. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
