The Glass Guru of Grand Junction is seeking a dedicated Glazier/Installer to fulfill installation projects in customers’ homes, ensuring a high-quality experience from start to finish. You will inspect materials, load and deliver, and coordinate with the office and customer to manage expectations.

Responsibilities include on-site installation, troubleshooting, safeguarding customer spaces, and communicating any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 1 year residential glass installation experience.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• All candidates must pass initial background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record.
• Must be physically capable of lifting 50–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials for correct size, style and flaws.
• Load materials and equipment for installation jobs.
• Communicate delays to office and customers.
• Verify installation scope, location, and estimated time.
• Install products and troubleshoot installation issues on-site.
• Document any issues or required materials for rescheduling.
• Ensure customer property is protected and clean after service.
• Explain care, maintenance, warranty and contact options to customers.
