Job summary

Dan’s Overhead Doors & More in North Liberty, IA is seeking a Residential Garage Door Technician to install, maintain, and repair our range of residential products. Prior experience is not required as we provide thorough on-the-job training.

You will work on garage doors, entry doors, awnings, screens, and more, with emphasis on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided; experience not required.
• General knowledge of construction, hand tools, and electrical concepts.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and MVR to be added to insurance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential garage doors and related products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Keep accurate service records and invoices.
• Maintain inventory on company vehicle and use of parts and tools.
• Work safely at warehouses and job sites.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and service.
