Overhead Door Company of Wichita, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring Residential Door Service Technicians (Experienced and Trainees!) to join our team in the Wichita Metro and surrounding areas. In this role you will service and repair a variety of residential garage doors.

If you've worked as a general laborer, carpenter, field technician, mechanic, glazer, or in any skilled trade — we want to talk. What you'll do includes repairing and servicing doors, identifying opportunities to recommend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• A valid drivers license and good driving record.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
• Comfort working at heights and using a ladder.
• Mechanical, carpentry, or service industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service residential garage doors and door hardware.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate job-related paperwork.
• Operate safely and professionally on every job site.

Skills

Valid driver's license

Able to lift up to 100 lbs

Mechanical experience

Carpentry experience

Service industry experience a plus

Education
