Job summary

Artisan Design Group in the United States is seeking a Service Technician to service, repair, and maintain flooring in residential construction. You will review service tickets, measure, cut materials, and install flooring such as tile, LVP/wood, or carpet, ensuring quality standards.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on job sites, with travel to local offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization
• Valid driver's license
• 1 year related experience or equivalent training

• Knowledge of flooring types and installation techniques

Responsibilities

• Assess tickets for flooring or wall material installation or repair needs.
• Take precise measurements and determine required materials.
• Cut, assemble and install flooring materials per design specs.
• Ensure materials are flat, plumb, level, secure and aesthetically pleasing.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with existing installations.
• Communicate effectively with teams to address concerns.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance.
