Titan Workforce is seeking qualified Finish Carpenters to support new home construction in Roseville, CA. This role focuses on finish carpentry tasks such as baseboards, drywall repair, caulking, and paint prep with attention to detail. Reliable transportation and own tools are required.

Immediate start and multiple openings. Openings are full time, part time, and temporary with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k).

Formación

• Experience: 24 months.

Responsabilidades

• Must have the skill and knowledge to perform all required job duties.
• Identify punch list items on a home.
• Perform drywall repair, texture matching, and paint.
• Install hardware.
• Fix broken tile or wood floor.
• Install baseboard.
• Cabinet touch up and repair (touch up and trim).
• Minor drywall repair (size of a half-dollar or less).
• Caulking and paint prep work.
• Minor stucco repair and concrete patch work.
• Minor carpentry duties (baseboard and casing installation, door adjustments, hardware).

We are currently seeking qualified Finish Carpenters / Prep- Detail for new home construction. Qualified individuals must have reliable transportation and his/her own tools to perform job duties.

Job Description:

Our company is looking for reliable finish Carpenters / Prep Detailers to perform an assortment of job functions that relate to Finish Carpentry. Functions range from Installing baseboards, Minor drywall repair, and Paint Touch-ups to Caulking and prep work.

Responsibilities:

• Must have the skill and knowledge to perform all required Job Duties:
• Must be able to identify punch list items on a home
• Perform Drywall Repair, texture ( Must be able to match texture ) and paint
• The ability to install hardware
• Fix broken tile or wood floor
• Installation of baseboard
• Cabinet touch up and repair ( Touch up and trim )
• Minor drywall repair (size of a half-dollar or less)
• Caulking and paint prep work
• Minor stucco repair and concrete patch work

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 24 months

Physical:

• Must be able to be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
• The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• The ability to walk up stairs
