WOW! is seeking a Residential Field Sales Representative to connect new residents with high-speed internet and services in apartment and condominium communities. You will actively engage with residents, property managers, and leasing teams to educate and sell WOW!

products in your Territory. You will travel within designated markets to meet residents, grow accounts, and drive sales, while using marketing support and tools provided by WOW!

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of sales experience (outside sales preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with apartment communities, leasing offices, and property management teams.
• Meet new residents through face-to-face outreach and educate them on WOW! products and services.
• Sell internet, TV, and phone services while consistently achieving monthly sales goals.
• Grow customers within existing contracted apartment communities.
• Develop marketing plans with property managers to drive awareness and sales.
• Represent WOW! at resident events, property events, and association meetings.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the sales process.
• Conduct routine property visits and account reviews.
• Complete customer and property reports while maintaining accurate sales activity.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first conversation through installation.
