Job summary

Plumbline Services is hiring a Residential Lead Plumbing Operator in Denver, CO. You will lead a team and bring Excavator experience to residential underground plumbing projects, both interior and exterior.

Responsibilities include replacing and repairing sewer and drain systems, maintaining equipment, keeping work areas clean, and communicating professionally with customers and office staff. No weekends and strong leadership encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience operating a mini excavator.
• Underground residential plumbing experience is a plus.
• Experience with sewer, drain systems, and water main replacements (1-2 years preferred).
• Proven leadership experience is a big advantage.
• Must be a team player with strong work ethics.
• Drug-free workplace.
• Ability to commute to job sites in a company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Replace and repair sewer and drain systems for residential service (interior & exterior)
• Ensure clean working areas and haul away debris
• Maintain all equipment, ensuring it's in good condition
• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and coworkers
