Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Residential Elevator Mechanic in the United States (Virginia). You will install, coordinate, and support residential elevator projects from pre-installation through final inspection, working with builders, homeowners, and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Current Commonwealth of Virginia Certified Elevator Mechanic License.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and service residential elevator systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.
• Coordinate with sales reps, builders, contractors, and homeowners on each project.
• Schedule inspections and ensure code compliance across installations.
• Maintain safety and quality, complete documentation on time.
