You'll complete in-home service calls, perform thorough evaluations, and educate customers on upgrades that improve safety and efficiency, while earning through a generous hourly wage plus commission.

Formación

• 3+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a BMV.
• Proven service in residential electrical systems.
• Strong service sales aptitude to educate customers and recommend value-added solutions.
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred or strong technical/computer skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with strong interpersonal skills.
• Desire to continuously improve as a technician.
• Team player who loves to win as part of a group.

Responsabilidades

• Complete all general residential electrical in-home, service calls.
• Perform thorough electrical system evaluations to diagnose issues, identify safety concerns, and spot code violations.
• Use a consultative sales, value-based approach to educate customers and recommend upgrades that improve safety, efficiency, and system reliability.
• Establish customer rapport and ask lifestyle questions to troubleshoot electrical system malfunctions.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
