CJS Heating & Air, Inc. is seeking a driven Residential Install Electrician in Centerville, OH. You will perform residential electrical installs, work from blueprints, and ensure compliance with local codes while delivering top-notch customer service.

Earn $25–$50+ per hour with uncapped performance-based incentives and weekly pay. Sign-on bonus up to $5k; benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of residential electrical experience required.
• 5+ years of experience strongly preferred (ideal candidate).
• Experience with residential new construction highly preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical installations.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Interpret blueprints and job specifications to plan layouts in compliance with local codes.
• Complete whole-home rewires and other residential electrical projects.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service on every job.
