Job summary

Whitney Services in Michigan is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our service department. You will install, repair, and service residential and commercial electrical systems, with emphasis on safety, customer service, and problem solving.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of electrical experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfort using field technology. Journeyman license is a plus, and a willingness to travel, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of electrical experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service while upgrading and selling the right products and services.
• Install, repair, service new and existing systems and other related service calls.
• Troubleshoot and solve customers’ electrical needs from basic fixtures to panel replacement.
• Accurate and timely with invoices, time cards and system notes.
