Job summary

Lake City Homes in Lake City, PA is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our residential construction team. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in new homes, ensuring codes and safety standards are met.

You will read blueprints, install wiring, circuits, panels, and lighting, coordinate with project managers, and work with other trades to keep projects on schedule. We offer competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a stable, year-round

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years residential electrical experience.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician licensure.
• Completion of a registered electrical apprenticeship program.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of NEC and residential electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related components in new homes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and drawings.
• Install branch circuits, breakers, conduit, and service equipment per specs.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and local regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to stay on schedule.
• Operate testing equipment and hand/power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
