Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is recruiting experienced residential electrical technicians to join our contractor network across multiple states, including FL. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing opportunities with property management partners, and fast payment processing after completed jobs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of residential electrical experience, own tools, a valid driver’s license, and access to COI.

Qualifications

• Must have own tools and reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license required
• Active COI (General Liability) required
• Workers’ Compensation preferred where applicable
• Trade license preferred depending on local/state requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide efficient repair solutions
• Follow all local electrical and safety codes
• Maintain communication and job updates through the mobile work order portal
• Complete jobs professionally while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage work orders, timelines, and approved budgets effectively
