You will lead with accurate cost estimates, communicate clearly with homeowners, and coordinate with apprentices as needed, delivering quality electrical solutions and professional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential wiring, repair and troubleshooting.
• FEAT or electrical apprenticeship training preferred.
• Journeyman certification preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, identify hazards or defects, troubleshoot, and diagnose electrical problems on structural wiring and electrical equipment.
• Perform repairs or replacements per manufacturer recommendations while following NEC standards.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts to install, maintain, or repair wiring and fixtures.
• Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services.
• Explain issues and needed repairs to homeowners and coordinate appropriate upgrades.
• Lead customers to informed buying decisions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, officials, and staff.
