Job summary

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a Residential Electrical Service Technician to diagnose, repair and install residential electrical systems with an emphasis on safety and clear communication with homeowners.

You will respond to service calls, perform inspections, explain options, and document work in ServiceTitan while adhering to codes and safety standards to ensure homeowner satisfaction and reliable results.

Qualifications

• Current California Residential Electrician Certification or higher.
• Residential electrical experience and ability to diagnose/resolve service calls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Clear communication skills to explain electrical conditions and options.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential electrical service calls and homeowner concerns.
• Diagnose problems using a systematic troubleshooting process and testing equipment.
• Repair, replace, install, and maintain electrical components within your assigned capabilities.
• Explain diagnostic findings and present repair or improvement options clearly to homeowners.
• Document results, materials used, and required job information in ServiceTitan.
• Complete estimates, signatures, payments, invoices and customer communications.
• Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and testing equipment.
• Follow electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Coordinate next steps with sales or installation when needed.
