Korte Does It All, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician in Fort Wayne to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems, while presenting homeowners with clear options and delivering 5-star service.

You will communicate professionally with dispatch and clients, document notes and estimates in ServiceTitan, and uphold professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential electrical maintenance experience OR solid foundational electrical knowledge.
• Strong customer-service and people skills — you enjoy helping homeowners understand their options.
• Clear, confident communication.
• Valid driver’s license.
• A positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems and components.
• Present homeowners with clear repair and replacement options.

• Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Work safely in various outdoor weather conditions
• Use tools and equipment requiring strong manual dexterity
