• Proficiency in panel upgrades, rewiring, and new circuit installations.
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and NEC standards.
• Valid driver's license and insurability per company policy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality residential electrical installations per company standards.
• Install panels, circuits, outlets, lighting, switches, and wiring.
• Complete panel upgrades, rewiring, and new circuit installations.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes and safety practices.
• Interpret blueprints and installation plans as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized job sites and company vehicles.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.
• Conduct system testing and inspections for proper function and safety.
