Job summary
Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an Electrical Install Technician to inspect, install and service residential electrical systems with a focus on quality and safety. You will manage stock, document work, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
2–4 years of residential electrical installation experience and knowledge of panel installation, meter pan installation, outdoor service and safety procedures are required; training and advancement
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of residential electrical installation experience.
- Experience in panel installation, meter pan installation, troubleshooting, outdoor electrical service, riser Install.
- Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
- Knowledge of the electrical codes and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential electrical systems, and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
- Identify & communicate electrical issues with customers
- Educate customers on their electrical systems, functions, and needs.
- Maintain a fully stock truck inventory for each job.
- Document work performed by following company procedure.
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
- Set up electrical service or installation calls when needed
