Job summary

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an Electrical Installation Apprentice to grow into a licensed residential electrician. You will work under an Electrical Lead Installer on home projects, building knowledge and field experience while advancing toward Lead Installer roles.

Qualifications

• Current California Electrical Trainee registration or approved apprenticeship status.
• Willingness to learn residential installation methods, electrical codes, and company standards.
• Dependability, punctuality, attention to detail, and willingness to accept coaching.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential projects such as main panel replacements, service upgrades, subpanels, rewires.
• Install wiring, devices, electrical boxes, raceways, breakers, lighting, equipment, and grounding components.
• Follow the approved job scope, applicable electrical codes, manufacturer requirements, and company installation standards.
• Keep tools and materials organized and maintain safe work areas.
• Participate in field coaching and take on greater responsibility as skills progress.
