Qualifications

• Approximately 6 months to 1 year of residential electrical experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Good communication and customer service skills; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work.
• Help troubleshoot electrical issues under supervision of experienced electricians.
• Install outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.
• Learn residential wiring methods, codes, and safety procedures.
• Assist with panel upgrades and electrical system improvements.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles.
• Complete job documentation accurately and follow safety policies.
