Our successful Electrical Apprentices are dependable, curious, safety‑focused, and committed to learning.
They show up prepared, listen to experienced team members, ask thoughtful questions, and apply what they’ve learned on the next job.
They understand that developing into a skilled electrical professional takes time, practice, and consistency. They’re willing to start with the fundamentals and continue building their knowledge and responsibilities as their skills grow.
Just as importantly, they understand that residential electrical work happens inside our customers’ homes. Professionalism, communication, respect, and customer service are important from day one.
If you’re motivated to learn and willing to put in the work to develop your skills, we’re ready to invest in your growth.
This position is designed to help you take the first step toward becoming a skilled residential electrical professional.
Based on successful completion of training, demonstrated technical competency, performance, and business needs, Electrical Apprentices may have opportunities to advance into a Residential Service Electrician role, often after approximately 9–12+ months of development.
Advancement can bring increased earning opportunities and additional tools and resources, including a company take‑home vehicle, fuel card, and iPad.
And your career doesn’t have to stop there.
As part of Service Minds, you’ll have opportunities to continue developing across field leadership, training, operations, branch leadership, and other areas of our growing organization.
