The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with Medication Aide certification, First Aid/CPR/AED, and a valid driver's license; flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifikationen

• RDSP II must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be or obtain Medication Aide certification.
• Maintain First Aid/CPR/AED certification as required.
• Criminal background and DSS registry check required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Aufgaben

• Provide life skills support to promote maximum independence for individuals.
• Assist with medical needs, schedule and accompany to routine appointments.
• Maintain accurate documentation reflecting services and trainings delivered.
• Intervene in crises, ensure safety and report to supervisors as needed.
• Transport individuals and facilitate community-based activities.
