Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is looking for a Drain Tech to provide expert drain cleaning and unclogging for residential and commercial clients. You will operate drain cleaning machines, high-pressure jetters, and pipe inspection cameras, while explaining diagnosed issues and presenting options to customers.

The role requires 2–3 years of drain cleaning experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential/commercial drain cleaning experience.
• Ability to operate drain cleaning equipment and cameras.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Excellent customer communication and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide drain cleaning and unclogging services for customers.
• Explain issues, present options, and obtain approval before work.
• Operate drain cleaning machines, jetters, and inspection cameras.
• Maintain and stock service vehicle; complete documentation.
