Job summary

AccessCNY is seeking a Direct Support Professional for residential services in Chittenango, NY. This role supports participants with ADLs, safety, advocacy, and community connections.

The position offers multiple schedules including part-time, full-time and overnight, with an hourly pay range of $21.03–$24.06. A high school diploma or GED and some disability-care experience are preferred. Driving is often required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of experience working with people with disabilities in a certified residential setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required to meet program needs.

Responsibilities

• Support participants with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Encourage skill-building activities.
• Monitor health and safety, build advocacy, decision making, and community connections.
• Encourage participant engagement in social networks and communities.
