Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting individuals and groups, coordinating transportation as needed, and upholding program standards. The position offers varied shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and a starting wage range with geography-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least Three (3) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting.
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course).
• Must be able to meet post-offer screenings and regulatory requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as needed.

Responsibilities

• The Residential Counselor II provides direct and indirect services to individuals and groups.
• Supports clients in daily living and recovery activities.
• Assists with transportation when required and adheres to program safety protocols.
