Job summary

You will promote independence, safety, and engagement in meaningful community activities. We offer competitive hourly pay ($20.00–$22.48), a comprehensive benefits package, and extensive paid time off starting at 29 days, increasing with tenure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and implement them.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationships, personal growth, and valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment and document accurately and timely.
