They assist individuals with daily living activities, community participation, and personal goal attainment while ensuring a safe, healthy, and supportive environment. Residential Counselors serve as strong advocates for the people they support and promote community engagement, self-determination, and meaningful relationships. The organization recognizes skills, location, training, and program responsibilities by offering additional hourly differentials for certain positions.

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and play an active role in their implementation.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment that promotes the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.00
