Would you like to join a team of professionals that are making a difference in people’s lives? NFI North Transitional Housing, a human services agency located in Concord, NH, is seeking Direct Care Residential Counselors.

This residential program has a progressive reputation for providing comprehensive care to adults with sustained mental health challenges. We design and deliver a residential treatment and day program that includes clinical, vocational services, and life skills for adults living with mental illness who are seeking independent living. Many of our participants receive apartment placement and support to attend college with the help of our amazing staff team.

Shift Schedule

• Wednesday – Saturday Overnight shift
• Sunday – Wednesday 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling.
• Facilitate participant improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills, and behavior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience with the client population.
