Job summary

NFI North, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Counselor for the 2nd shift at our 12-bed Adult Transitional Housing Program in Bradford, NH.

The role focuses on supervising daily activities, providing ongoing support and guidance to adults living with mental illness within a residential and day program setting. Responsibilities include facilitating improvements in personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, and community living skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with client population.

Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team.
