House Buyers of America is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee 5–10 home renovation projects per month across the greater DMV area, coordinating bidding, permitting, and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate project management, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher. This fully remote role supports projects nationwide with travel to job sites as needed.

• Manage project timeline, respond to all inspections.
• Deliver equipment to job sites if needed.
• Conduct final inspections of homes to ensure all work was completed properly and take detailed photos of the property.

Project Manager (Construction)

House Buyers of America is looking for a Residential Construction Superintendentwho will be responsible for the project management of our home renovations. This person will oversee all aspects of 5-10 projects per month including bidding out jobs, permitting work and ensuring everything is completed according to the project timeline. This person will drive to and work from different job sites scattered throughout the greater DMV Area area therefore you must live in Maryland, DC or Virginia.

• Strive to complete projects below budget and seek ways to reduce costs and streamline the construction process
• Manage project timeline, respond to all inspections

About You:

• You have 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building, home renovations or insurance restoration
• You have excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
