Job summary

United Built Homes, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead new home construction projects at the Conroe Design Center. You will oversee on-site activities, manage teams, and ensure sequence planning, quality, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include supervising warranty service for completed homes and coordinating with sales, design, and trades to deliver on time and within budget, while maintaining high customer service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on residential construction projects.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.
