Job summary

Penn Construction + Design is seeking a Residential Construction Site Supervisor to lead on-site remodeling projects in the Havertown area. This full-time, in-person role requires directing field teams, maintaining company standards, and representing the company professionally at clients' homes.

You will drive the project from start to finish, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with homeowners throughout the process. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction/remodeling experience, including leadership or supervision of field work.
• Ability to lead field team members in an organized and professional manner.

• Professional conduct when working in occupied homes and with clients.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements for authorized operation of company vehicles.
