You will guide development, permitting, budgeting, and vertical construction while partnering with the Sales team to align costs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction or project management.
• Knowledge of site development, permitting, and budgeting processes.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or KOVA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site development through final home delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.
• Guide customers on development requirements, costs, and timelines.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and development plans.
• Collaborate with sales, engineers, architects, and utilities to advance projects.
