Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience overseeing the building of new homes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction process of new homes to ensure on-time completion and high quality.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers per the construction schedule.
• Communicate professionally with trade partners, suppliers, officials, homeowners, and Adams Homes team.
• Visit job sites daily to inspect quality and monitor schedules; enforce safety standards.
