Ideal candidates have 2+ years of painting experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional painting experience.
• Knowledge of basic painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs consistently.
• Reliable transportation to job sites and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, punctual and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting tasks including prep, painting, and cleanup.
• Prepare surfaces (masking, sanding, patching, priming, caulking, etc.).
• Apply paints with brushes, rollers, and sprayers; protect customer property.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and communicate with customers and team.
• Document work and report issues to Lead Painter.
