Job summary

Fresh Coat Painters is seeking skilled painters to act as artisans of their craft, maintaining trust with clients through culture, value, and outstanding experience.

Painters will protect surrounding areas, prepare surfaces, apply correct paint coverage, and uphold cleanliness and organization. The role requires meeting deadlines, following the work order, and achieving a Level 3 finish per PCA standards.

Qualifications

• Proven reliability and punctuality on job sites.
• Ability to follow work orders and safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication with clients and crew.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surrounding areas with protective coverings and masking.
• Identify surface imperfections and correct them before painting.
• Apply paint material with proper coverage on clean surfaces.
• Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the project.
• Complete the project within the allotted productivity time and meet PCA Level 3 finish.

Painters will properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings, prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections, applying the correct paint material coverage on a clean surface, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, complete the project within the allotted productivity time, resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards.
